Boat & marine blasting on the Treasure Coast
Boat trailers, marine hardware and hulls that need prep for new bottom paint. We come to the boat, usually on the trailer in your yard.

Salt does this to steel trailers. We blast it off and recoat.
Salt water eats boat trailers
A boat trailer goes into salt water every time you launch. Salt gets into the frame channels, the axles, the bunk brackets and every weld, and it keeps working after you pull out. By the time rust shows through the paint, the steel underneath is already pitted.
We blast the trailer back to clean steel, so you can see what's still solid, then prime and paint it with a coating made for the job.
What we work on
- Steel boat trailers and bunk brackets
- Marine hardware, T-top and tower parts
- Hull prep before new bottom paint
- Steel on docks, lifts and seawalls, on request

The same kind of frame, blasted and painted.

Common questions
Can you blast my boat on the trailer or at a marina?
On the trailer in your yard is usually the simplest. Marinas and boatyards set their own rules about blasting on their property, so check with yours before booking. Tell us where the boat is and we'll talk it through.
Can you do the trailer with the boat on it?
It's much better with the boat off. We need to reach the bunks, brackets and frame all the way around.
Will blasting hurt the gelcoat?
Fiberglass and gelcoat need low pressure and the right media. Tell us what the hull is and what's on it, and we'll plan for it.
Why does metal rust so fast in Florida?
Salt and humidity. Along the coast the air carries salt that settles on steel and holds moisture against it, and near-daily summer storms keep it wet. Bare or chipped steel can start to rust within days. That's why we prime blasted steel as soon as we can.
How much does sandblasting cost?
It depends on the size of the item, how much rust and paint is on it, where it is and whether you want it painted after. The fastest way to get a real number is to text a few photos and the location to (772) 539-3108 or use the free quote form.
