Trailer & truck frame sandblasting in Port St. Lucie and beyond

Utility trailers, boat trailers, truck frames and dump bodies. We blast them where they're parked and put primer and paint on before the rust comes back.

Trailers rust from the inside out

Water sits in the channels and on top of the cross members, road spray and salt get into every weld, and the rust spreads under the paint long before you see it. Spraying new paint over that just hides it for a season.

Blasting takes a trailer or frame back to clean steel so you can see what's solid and what needs welding, and gives new paint something to hold on to.

Common questions

Can you sandblast a trailer at my house?

Usually. We need room to park the rig beside it and to tarp the area. Send a photo of where it's parked.

Do I need to take the tires off?

Not always. Tell us what you want done. We can mask or remove wheels, lights and wiring depending on the job.

Can you paint the trailer after?

Yes. We prime and paint after blasting, usually the same visit. See painting and coatings.

Do you do truck frames?

Yes. We blast frames, dump bodies and work truck parts, on site.

How much does sandblasting cost?

It depends on the size of the item, how much rust and paint is on it, where it is and whether you want it painted after. The fastest way to get a real number is to text a few photos and the location to (772) 539-3108 or use the free quote form.
